The core of the company is made up by young people between 18 and 28 years old – selected each year through a contest, by a qualified jury of top managers, showmen, CEO’s – who, working together and along with some tutors, improve their skills and their knowledge.
Every year we pick a topic, and we ask people to develop it in the most free and creative way. We work with them for one year, asking them to free their mind, cutting off every imaginative boundaries.
The result is that Eggers2.0 is a lean company composed of young artists, cartoonist, film makers, designers or web designers, art directors, musicians, copywriters, accounts, illustrators, writers and everyone who wants to join Eggers2.0 and share experiences or develop projects of any kind.
Everyone who join Eggers2.0 is remunerated.
ONE YEAR… AND THEN?
Some of the Eggers from the previous editions have become part of the board as tutors and help new Eggers to join the group and shape their skills on our projects.
We are willingly to help other among them to start their own societies and we will always encourage them to improve their competences working as skilled freelancers.
